The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel just reopened after being closed for two years due to the Pandemic so not everything was working right - e.g the key cards had to be changed many times. BUT The staff were EXCEPTIONAL and very accommodating. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had a later afternoon flight and there was no problem asking for a later checkout. They were great!

The location near airport. Shop to buy food and thing you needed. Bank opposite of the hotel. They provide airport shuttle. Swimming pool. Other facilities provides by the hotel.

Complete facilities for a 4-star hotel. Early check-in at 1.00 pm was given to me without extra charge.

1. Upgrade your gym 2. Make sure your cleaner (room service) vacuum the floor while do makeup. 3. Make sure your telephone and water boiler is function. 4. Make sure your cafeteria serving food less than 20 minute, nor more than 1 hour.

It feels like home. Spacious, comfortable, My baby is very cranky but the room is soundproofing, so very convenient and didn't disturb other customers. Complete facilities.

Very nice breakfast. Varieties of choices. Many spa nearby, good for relaxation away from work
